FAQ

  • What if I cancel my event?
    If for any reason your event is cancelled or postponed and we are given a 30 day notice, we will do our best to accommodate your new date or future event event. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
  • Do you provide backdrops?
    No, we do not provide backdrops. Standard backdrops are recommended via amazon or event planner.
  • How many videos can we take during the event?
    Until your heart is content and your cheeks hurt.
  • How long is your setup time?
    We will arrive to your event an hour prior to the specified start time. If a setup time is specified additional fees may apply.
  • How much space is needed for the 360platform?
    A minimum space of 6x6ft is needed for the 360Experience booth. However, a 10x10ft space works best.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure you event date and time. 360Experience requires a $100 deposit that is applied to your total balance. All bookings must be paid in full 1 day before the event.
  • Do you supply props?
    Yes, we provide a variety of props. You do have an option to supply your own props. Custom props can be requested for an additional cost.
